Jason Hodrinsky
Jason Hodrinsky is a dedicated and accomplished litigator with extensive experience representing individuals and families in personal injury, product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort cases. He has advocated for a diverse range of clients, including mechanics, pipefitters, carpenters, railroad workers, laborers, and members of the Armed Forces, relentlessly fighting for their rights both in and out of the courtroom.

With a particular focus on asbestos litigation, Mr. Hodrinsky has represented hundreds of victims exposed to asbestos, securing justice for those impacted by occupational and environmental hazards. Before joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, he managed the New York City offices of several prominent asbestos litigation firms, overseeing cases from intake through resolution and consistently delivering strong results for his clients.
Mr. Hodrinsky earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania.
He resides in New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
