Kristian Del Rosario is an Associate Attorney at Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP and a member of the firm’s personal injury team. Her practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, construction accidents, and sexual harassment/discrimination suits. Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, LLP, Ms. Del Rosario previously worked at other litigation firms in the fields of personal injury, employment law, intellectual property law, and securities law.
A dedicated and passionate attorney, Ms. Del Rosario serves as a zealous advocate for her clients and their rights while simultaneously ensuring that her clients feel heard, respected, and well-supported throughout the legal process. She takes great pride in providing compassionate and diligent representation to provide the best possible assistance and service to her clients.
Ms. Del Rosario received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School where she was an active member of the Trial Competition Team, the Law Association for Women, and the Intellectual Property Society. During her time at law school, she also gained hands-on experience by working full-time at various firms each semester.
Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Del Rosario has been a professional photographer for over 10 years and is passionate about mentoring law students throughout their time in school and beyond.
Ms. Del Rosario is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is also fluent in Spanish.
