In the 20 years that Mr. Cheng has been practicing, he has represented numerous victims of occupational and environmental illnesses, including mesothelioma, lung cancer, and other varieties of respiratory diseases. His extensive experience in litigating cases for asbestos exposure victims has allowed him to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the manner in which individuals sustain that exposure. Throughout his career, Mr. Cheng has enjoyed the privilege of representing these individuals and their families and has successfully obtained substantial compensation on their behalf. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts in various jurisdictions, including New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining Meirowitz & Wasserberg, Mr. Cheng worked at a prominent plaintiff’s firm in New Jersey where he represented individuals and families with mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestos, product liability and mass tort.
