Will Forero

Prior to his role at MW, Will served as an attorney at a boutique law firm in the Bronx for five years. He was responsible for overseeing the firm’s personal injury cases, and managed various matters across real estate, election law, and trust & estates.

After practicing across various sectors, Will’s passion remains representing personal injury plaintiffs. At the beginning of his career, Will was a paralegal in a Manhattan firm that represented children who developed severe learning disabilities from lead poisoning due to negligent landlords. Fighting for these children is what inspired him to pursue a career as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney.

Will attended St. John’s University School of Law and obtained his degree on a full academic scholarship. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania. Will serves as a member of the Associate Board of Directors of the New York Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Mayor’s Committee on City Marshals, and the Bronx Bar Association. He was formerly a Vice Chair of the Bronx Democratic Party.

Will is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and the Southern District of New York Federal Court. He lives with his wife Kaitlin, and dog Rocco, in the Bronx.
